queerguru for P.T.V. talks to British Army Captain Hannah Winterbourne and Filmmaker Jake Graf who were both named in the U.K. Out News Global Pride Power List of LGBT movers and shakers last week, and are now recognized globally as a ‘power trans couple’. Both have also been honored for their significant contributions to the transgender community and serve as inspirational role models, particular to young people coming to terns with their own gender dysphoria.
