This video from Vice International is about something that is very hard to swallow. Literally. It is the story of a 45 year old German man called Micha who wanted a bigger set of balls. Actually not big, but HUGE. Not happy with a temporary fix of a penis pump or saline injections, he had so much medical grade silicone oil injected into his penis and scrotum that his junk now weighs over 9 lbs. It makes it very tough to miss, even when he tries to hide it by his messenger bag on the Subway.
The filmmakers follow him to Berlin’s version of the Folsom Street Fetish Fair where so many people are in awe of his greatly enlarged package, whilst more than a few are totally stunned ….. just like we are.
