P.S.Queerguru would love you to bits if you did us one tiny favor. Despite the fact that we have had almost 303K hits on YouTube (yeah!) they will not give us a single cent of the advertising money that they make off us until we have more subscribers. Won’t cost you a dime, but it will help support our site. Just simply click on the link below. Thank you very much!

Legendary Costume Designer Bob Mackie was on his annual visit to Ptown to see his old friend the jazz singer Marilyn Maye perform whilst he continues to work on the costumes for The Cher Show opening on Broadway in the Fall. when he stopped by Queerguru to talk about dressing gay icons and so much more.
It has become quite a tradition for us too as Bob has generously sat down for an interview with us for the past four years : a real treat that we look forward to each summer as we learn more about the fascinating life he has so thoroughly enjoyed having become something of a gay icon himself.
The interview with Roger Walker-Dack waa filmed by Dan Desjardins in the Queerguru Garden.

Chef Rossi is a wild spirit : a cutting edge chef caterer with a taste for the weird and wonderful who turned her colorful Jewish past into a best selling memoir and hit play. Quick witted, wickedly funny she talked to QUEERGURU about The Raging Skillet and how as a feminist lesbian punk she just loves to stir it all up

The best part of the fabulous Provincetown Carnival is without a doubt is the pre-parade when Commercial Street is packed with guys (and gals) just cruising up and down in the most outrageous and over-the-top inspired costumes that have taken the theme Mardi Gras By the Sea beyond our wildest imagination. The QUEERGURU team was there to record it all.
Filmed by Dan Desjardins, assisted by Richard Bolton and Directed and Edited by Roger Walker-Dack. The Provincetown Carnival is organized by Provincetown Business Guild.
