You never know who’ll you will bump into in Provincetown during Carnival Week. Today it was Senator Jerry Buttimer the Leader of The Irish Senate, and one of 5 LGBTQ Members of Parliament, who was at the Carnival Opening Ceremony at the Pilgrim Monument.
