Toronto drag queen superstar (or as she likes to call herself, Female Delusionist Extraordinaire) the hilarious MISS CONCEPTION made such an impressive debut last summer at PTown’s Art House with her DISNEY SHOW, that she was immediately invited back for her second season this year.
With her new show TV LAND she is playing 10 of her favorite TV Diva’s that every gay man (and woman) adores .
MIss Conception sat down with QUEERGURU to talk about Being Back, Beaches (or was that Bitches?), Bulgarians and Bears
The interview conducted by Roger Walker-Dack was filmed at The Pilgrim House by Dan Desjardins. Video clips by Christina Army
The legendary Canadian ‘delusionist’ Miss Conception is finally making her Ptown debut with FORBIDDEN DIZNEE her wonderfully hilarious dirty show for fans of the Magic Kingdom who have warped minds i.e. most gay men.
She sat down with Queerguru at Provincetown Art House Theatre to tell us more about the show, and how she promises to shatter all your childhood dreams
P.S. Queerguru would love you to bits if you did us one tiny favor. Despite the fact that we have had almost 270K hits on YouTube (yeah!) they will not give us a single cent of the advertising money that they make off us until we have more subscribers. Won’t cost you a dime, but it will help support our site. Just simply click on the link below. Thank you very much!
Miss Jackie Beat the legendary star of stage screen and many dubious cabaret venues is heading to Ptown Red Room at Velvet singing her heart out with her wicked sense of humor and potty mouth in her new show SEE ME WHILE I’M STILL ALIVE from August 11-13th.
Queerguru had the real pleasure of chatting with her between gigs and packing her frocks and very big wigs.
With its packed room full of creatively dressed queens who have traveled far and wide to attend and to watch some ‘spirited’ and decidedly amateurish performances, this sold-out Brunch is a riot from start to finish.
Queerguru’s Dan Desjardins was there to film the whole event, and our team not only nominated it as one of our favorite Carnival Events, but thanks to Joachim Sandbichler and the entire Patio team, it is also one of the best run events too.
The Season may be coming to an end here in #Ptown but its not totally quiet yet especially in the East End as Miss Richfield 1981 IS STILL HERE. She has just TWO SHOWS LEFT and if you are thinking of going to see her then jog down to the Pilgrim House NOW. We were there on Saturday and is was not only SOLD OUT but they had to turn away about 20 people seeking tickets.
We talked with the Star earlier this summer ……well actually she talked to us!!! Never one lost for words watch this hilarious interview which was such a joy to film.
