We finally learnt about those leather crowns that suddenly popped up this summer ; thanks Full Kit and Mario of Mama Leather tried to convince us that leatherman (or leather people) need to wear colors other than black.
The summer is over and so it’s time for the whole QUEERGURU team to leave #Ptown and follow their leader back to #MiamiBeach for the Fall/Winter in the Sun. However not everyone is happy with the news…….
The QUEERGURU Crew as usually were manning the Red Carpet for the Opening Party of Provincetown Film Society & Festival at the Crown & Anchor to chat to filmmakers, stars and would-be stars at this great annual event that kicks off the Fest in such style.
Writer/director Mike Mills is revisiting his own family history again as the source for his latest movie. It served him well last time when in ‘Beginners’ he told the story of his father who came out as gay when he was 75 years old, garnering an Oscar for Christopher Plummer. This time around Mills’s focus is on his mother, and is set in the summer of 1979 when she tried to adjust to reality of being a single parent who had given birth late in life, and now has to deal with the coming-of-age of her teenage son.
