To mark the 30th Anniversary of World Aids Day, Positive East one of the leading UK AIDS support groups has released one of the most powerful short movies about living with HIV that we have ever seen.
JUST LIKE ME profiles HIV activist and Mr Gay England 2018, Philip Dzwonkiewicz who was diagnosed with HIV back in 2007 and the short documentary details his ambition is to combat to a new era of complacency, stigma and lack of education surrounding HIV. It has been released now to launch the new campaign #HIVDoesntDefineYou.
Dzwonkiewicz should be applauded for his brutal honesty in telling his story and how it has now propelled him to use his own experiences to help others.
The film is directed by Samuel Douek and produced by Believe Media.
