New Queer Music : Nicolas Huchard/Jessie Ware, Shamir, Asia OHara, Toni Braxton/Missy Elliot + Katherine Jenkins

The stunning genderqueer dancer Nicolas Huchard gives us another superb example of how to make a stunning video in your own bedroom during the COVID 19.   He’s dancing to a brand new track British singer-songwriter Jessie Ware’s album What’s Your Pleasure? that was  released on Friday,  If Huchard looks familiar to you then you may have seen him before in videos for Madonna and Christine and The Queens

Shamir is a 25 year non-binary soul/pop singer/songwriter from Las Vegas  who has a very  unique  androgynous countertenor voice.  He hasn’t  been idle during the COVID lockdown and has made a new music video On My Own : check it out,

Drag race Alumni ASIA OHARA has already proved that she is an amazing lip sync and she is giving her all to Whitney Houston’s I’m Every Woman.  She takes to sashaying in the deserted streets around her hood  : maybe the locals are too scared to cross the path of this fierce diva.

Seven-time GRAMMY Award-winner, Toni Braxton is joined by the legendary Missy Elliott for a remix of “Do It.” On the track, Braxton pulls inspiration from her own experiences and shares advice for anyone struggling with the decision to end an unhealthy relationship. The original version of “Do It” is a Top 10 iTunes R&B single and is Top 5 on the Adult R&B Chart.

So we’ll confess that the whole Queerguru team are at odds over the next video.  We love the song : Donna Summer’s I Feel Love BUT sung by Welsh mezzo-soprano Opera Singer Katherine Jenkins seems soooo wrong.
