Texas is trying to pull a North Carolina on us and pass a nasty transphobic bathroom bill. So the local branch of the ACLU have recruited the Austin based Oscar nominated film director Richard Linklater to help stop Texas Lt. Gov. Dan Patrick’s bathroom bill, SB 6. Linklater has made this wee film titled “Taking A Seat, Making A Stand,” that uses a great deal of humor to get over a very serious message.
