One of Queerguru’s favorite cabaret performers PETER GROOM who IS Marlene Dietrich incarnate is joining the cast of QUEER LATES X QUEERSTORY at the Theatre Royal Stratford East in London.
This one-night-only show will celebrate some of our Queer ancestors in the cabaret-lecture-variety show of the century as part of LGBTQ+ History Month
Mercury and Maxim have gathered some of their favourite Queer ancestors to honour the people that have helped in the LGBTQ march towards equality.
As well as Peter Groom aka Marlene there will be Demi Noire as Josephine Baker, Adam Perchard as Klaus Nomi and David Bowie, Rosalind James as Ma Rainey and Dusty Springfield, Sadiq Sadiq as Freddie Mercury and Dale Moran as Robert Mapplethorpe
