Gold Star to NETFLIX for their fab ‘extra’ that is one of the best things to come out Coronavirus-stop-touching-me pandemic. It has actually existed for a few years but not everyone knows about it. Until now
If you use a Chrome Browser anyone can throw a Netflix Party. It will let you watch your favorite series with your friends and family at the same time and from the comfort of their own homes, and what’s even better is that it’s free.
Once someone installs the Chrome extension, they can start watching any Netflix program and click the extension button to create said party. They can then share a link to the event with the mates they wish to watch the program with.
AND because half the fun is to comment on a show or a movie while it’s airing (btw we love TLC’s PiIlow Talk but Im digressing) a group chat enables all party members to share their thoughts in real-time. So basically, it’s just like a Whatsapp group, but for Netflix. Word of caution though, chose who you link tp with care, as they may end up as ex-friends.
And some extra advice, Friday 20th March NETFLIX sees the launch of Self Made: Inspired by the Life of Madam C.J. Walker. Starring the fabulous Oscar winner Octavia Spencer who goes from rags to riches as the titular mogul opposite Blair Underwood and Tiffany Haddish.
