This is The Boy With Tape on His Face who must qualify as one of the most bizarre and also one of the most brilliant acts to ever perform on Simon Cowell’s long running TV Show. I’m sometimes unsure about (the rest of ) America, but this man with his hypnotic eyes has certainly Got Talent.
