The ARC Amsterdam Lowlanders is the only gay and straight friendly rugby team in the Netherlands, and they have been producing their ‘naked’ calendar for a few years now. However for 2018 they invited players from other countries to participate too. After all you can never have enough new friends in a sports locker.
They believe that reaching out, connecting and building friendships is the essence of rugby, so the many bridges of Amsterdam was the backdrop for the shoot this year. Take a glimpse at this behind-the-scenes video of the making of the calendar.
