Grammy Award-winning singer/songwriter Melissa Manchester is heading back to #PTown her-home-from-home to perform at Post Office Cafe and Cabaret for THREE nights this week. Queerguru caught up with her to find out what she has been up too, and to discover what we can expect to see and hear: check out our video.

Melissa Wilkinson aka Wilky makes her debut at ART GAYSEL

Melissa Wilkinson is a lesbian watercolorist focusing primarily on the body as her subject. She has shown in various galleries nationally and internationally including South Korea and India and has won numerous awards throughout her career. She has won several fellowships and grants including the Arkansas Arts Council Fellowship in Painting in 2012 and a Middle East Travel Grant in 2016 to perform research throughout Israel.  She is represented currently at OnCenter Gallery in Provincetown, MA., and is making her debut appearance (as the sole queer woman) at Art Gaysel, Miami’s Queerest ArtFair curated by Alex Guerra at Hotel Gaythering.

Michael Childers actor, director, Hollywood veteran, photographer, producer, one half of an iconic gay couple described by Gore Vidal as one of the last great (queer) raconteurs chatted with QUEERGURU  : such a pleasure and honor and sheer joy.

Michael DiMartino loves his Pillow Tops (and bottoms too)

Michael DiMartino moved to PTown with his husband to paint. However, when he found a studio in Whalers Wharf this multifaceted artist changed his mind and bought a sewing machine. The result is Pillow Top Store brimming with DiMartino’s eclectic collection of pillows and cushions that within just 3 weeks has become a must-see destination for every ‘top’ and ‘bottom’ in town.

Queerguru joined the line to talk to DiMartino about how the Store is helping him follow his dream.  The interview conducted by Roger Walker-Dack was filmed by Dan Desjardins 

 



Michael Patrick Ryan brings his 20/20 Vision to Ptown

NY singer Michael Patrick Ryan who before the Lockdown was starring  in Newsies as it toured around the US,  is now back in #Ptown performing his new show 20/20 Vision and belting out his fav. Broadway songs and more every Wednesday night Post Office Cafe and Cabaret. He shared what it was all about with Queerguru.
