Queerguru’s guys are virgins at the country’s oldest AIDS WALK inL.A.

The two newest members of the QUEERGURU Team have recently located to L.A. and this is one of two reports they have filed from their newly adopted hometown.  We were hardly surprised that Juan Sales and John  Guillot  chose to participate in LA’s AIDS Walk BUT were totally shocked to discover they were one of the first people to arrive, something they NEVER managed to achieve in all their years living in Miami.

The first video they sent looked like they were the ONLY people there besides these cute Go-Go boys that they couldn’t resist filming

Next up before the crowds started piling in were Mariachi Arcoiris (Rainbow Mariachi) the first and only LGBT Mariachi Band

The LA AIDS Walk was the world’s first walk to fight an epidemic.  Started  by Craig Miller in 1985 right at the height of the pandemic.  The Walk has raised funds if over $88 in its time and helps over 60K people in LA County living with HIV/AIDS.. It supports APLA Health and also supplements 20 diverse programs across 16 locations, including 3 Federally Qualified Health Centers.  They use the event to organize communities, educate and bring awareness to HIV/AIDS, reduce HIV stigma, and to overall end the epidemic.

Craig Miller was in attendance and  was a key speaker as was Congresswoman Maxine Walters a champion for LGBGT rights in California (and a real thorn in Trump’s side!)  Oh, yes and also there belting her heart out was American Idol contestant Frenchie Davis¸
