Remembering Cindy Lauper at World Pride

With New York City hosting World Pride this year that we all also celebrated it seemed everyone in the LGBTQ+ Community and our Allies were making new memories to mark the occasion.

One of the most exciting and really heart-thumping ones was the sight of the fabulous CINDY LAUPER  dramatically emerging from an enormous glitter globe suspended from the ceiling singing her classic True Colors.

It was June 26th World Pride opening ceremony at the very packed Barclay’s Center, where she, and host of colorful characters and assorted Drag Queens surrounding her brought the audience to their feet with her electrifying performance.

We wonder what they will make of it all at the next 50th  Anniversary?
