Banksy is the most famous artist in the world right now BUT no one knows who he really is. This pseudonymous England-based street artist, political activist, and film director’s real name and identity remain unconfirmed and has been the subject of speculation.[His works of political and social commentary have appeared on streets, walls and bridges throughout the world.[3]
Banksy is regarded as one of the most valuable artists of our time, and now, after a successful run in Europe and Australia and a brilliant US debut in Atlanta, some of his most iconic pieces will be making their way to Miami
This phenomenal exhibition dedicated to his work is coming to the Ice Palace Studios in Downtown Miami! The exhibition will have more than 150 pieces on display, including Banksy’s original art, prints on different kinds of materials, photos, sculptures, and so much more! What also makes this exhibit extra special is the fact some of his works will be reproduced with his stencil technique, especially for the occasion.
His street art is now seen as a gift in some of the cities that he chooses to use as his canvas, with many receiving immediate protection. This exhibition will showcase some of the preserved works, and much more including an in-depth video explaining the artist’s life story.
