The cast and crew of the multi-award winning TV series TRANSPARENT took a day of filming to make this powerful PSA message in support of 17 year old Gavin Grimm. This brave high school senior’s lawsuit was set to be the first Supreme Court case involving transgender rights. But then Trump came along determined to roll back rights and the clock to the old dark and dangerous days when transphobia was (and is) actively promoted by the far Right.
As Jill Soloway and her star-studded cast remind us so succinctly this attempt to take away rights is not just about restrooms, and its not just about Gavin …..it’s about all of us.
