His extraordinary glam-rock show THE BOY FROM HELLTOWN has been a smash hit all season at Crown & Anchor’s WAVE BAR and so Queerguru sat down to talk with the (ridiculously tall) Elle about how he transitioned from dancing with  The Metropolitan Opera to being scantly dressed belting out Video Killed The Radio Star

Justin Vivian Bond + Anthony Roth Costanzo ONLY AN OCTAVE APART

Posted on Categories queerguru.tvLabels , , , ,

London is so very lucky that they are just about to enjoy the remarkable talents of Justin Vivian Bond (‘the greatest cabaret artist of their generation’ The New Yorker) and Anthony Roth Costanzo (the vocally brilliant and dramatically fearless countertenor’ The New York Times) in their smash hit show ONLY AN OCTAVE APART straight from NY

This joyous and surprising musical fantasia revels in everything strange and beautiful in the coexistence of contrasts – from Purcell’s 17th century aria “Dido’s Lament” to Dido’s early 2000s hit “White Flag”, from “Autumn Leaves” to “The Waters of March”. Co-created and directed by Zack Winokur and costume design by JW Anderson, Viv and Anthony talked with QUEERGURU on the eve of their month’s engagement at Wilton’s Music Hall
